California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
Last updated July 1, 2026
This statement is provided in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657).
Tribe 1973, operated by Pull Media Holding Company LLC, is a digital editorial and community service. We do not manufacture or sell tangible goods and do not maintain a physical product supply chain.
Our position on slavery and human trafficking
We condemn slavery and human trafficking in every form. We expect all vendors and service providers we contract with — including hosting, payments, email, and creative production partners — to comply with the laws of the countries in which they operate, including laws prohibiting slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking.
Verification & audits
Because we do not source physical goods, we do not currently conduct product-supply-chain audits. We review our digital service providers' published policies before engagement.
Certification
Contracts with our service providers require compliance with applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which they do business.
Training
Our small team is briefed on this statement and on responsible sourcing of any future physical merchandise.
