Welcome to Tribe 1973 ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Pull Media Holding Company LLC. By accessing our website, taking the 2D:4D quiz, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Tribe 1973 is a private community for adult gay men. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, take the quiz, or purchase a membership.

2. Not medical or psychological advice

The 2D:4D digit-ratio material, archetype readings, ACE screening, and every other piece of content on this site are for educational and community purposes only. Nothing here is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed professional for health decisions.

3. Membership and billing

Paid memberships (Charter, Unlimited, Inner Circle) are billed through our payment processor. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and prior charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

Hand photos, quiz answers, and anything else you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to deliver your RATIO Report and run the service.

5. Community conduct

No harassment, doxxing, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, solicitation, or activity that violates the law. We may remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the quiz, the community, or any of our programs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pull Media Holding Company LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
